Growth Mindset

For my Concepts of Educational Technology course, the only text that we were required to purchase was Carol Dweck's Mindset: The New Psychology of Success. When I heard this information, I must admit I was confused, but excited. What does Growth Mindset have to do with Technology? More on that later. More importantly, I was excited to read about the idea of Growth Mindset. It was something that I knew a little about and had even researched a little when I was looking for ways to help my own daughter with her confidence (more on that later, too). Reading this book was a great way to better understand the idea of Growth Mindset and how it improves the lives of those who adopt it. I'm sure it will influence my blog posts in the future.
